We are building LPG Plants of varying sizes across the north of Nigeria and are desirous of employing a Chief Operating Officer (COO), on a Principal Manager grade, who will provide overall leadership and drive the business ethically, profitably and safely.

The role requires multi-disciplinary competencies from project management to strategy origination/execution, marketing, LPG value chain management, financial and stakeholder management, knowledge of Regulations and relationship with LPG off take sources.

Other requirements;

Age: No more than 45 by December 31st, 2026

Education: A first Degree in any discipline. An Advance Degree or other Professional qualification will be an advantage,

Experience: 10-12 years in Oil & Gas, preferably LPG business, 5 or more of which must be in senior positions.

Skills and Competencies:
• Stakeholder management
• Board level experience
• Knowledge of LPG value chain
• Experience with Logistics and Trading
• Capacity for Strategic thinking and analysis
• Ability to originate strategy & execute
• Possession of negotiation & conflict management skills
• Leadership competencies
• QHSE awareness
• IT proficiency
