With over 10,000 LPG skid tanks nationwide in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and most of them unlicensed I believe it is high time Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) @NMDPRAtweets start engaging SKID owners on how to licence them and give them automatic license for AUTOGAS to sell to cars powered by LPG.
Current price for LPG about N300 per litre which means it’s about N200 cheaper than petrol and with a minimum requirement of 1.1 ltrs to 1 ltrs of petrol vehicles powered by LPG will be saving around N175 per litr once running on LPG compared to running on PETROL.
With a initial investment of converting your car to run on LPG which can be recovered in less than 6 months you will be having a significant savings running on LPG in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and with a cleaner fuel.
LPG price is expected to drop even more with more players expected to start selling and more supply from Nigeria LNG Limited and with a very strong supply from KWALE HYDROCABON we can even see more reduction in price if either PURE PROPANE is used compared to the PROPANE/BUTANE mix, however the MIX of the LPG we believe we can all agree that the TIME FOR GAS is now and SKID OWNERS can invest in the AUTOGAS gun nozzle that can be easily modified into their existing LPG plant to allow refuelling for both cylinders and cars.
The following are approved conversion Centers where your cars can be converted nationwideÂ
1.ANNAMCO EnuguÂ
2.R.T BRISCOEÂ
3.PAN NIGERIA KADUNAÂ
4.AUTOKLINIC ABUJAÂ

GAS IS NOW IN NIGERIA 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
The margin of Gas and petrol is not much. There are end users price and distributors price at the Gas plant. 12.5kg is still selling for end users at N9000-N9300... 1.75ltrs is 1kg of gas. By calculation per litre is approximately N420/ltr for gas.. N6950/21.875= N318/ltr
