We’re thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between LPG in Nigeria and Doowe Gas, aimed at transforming how homes, businesses, and industries across Nigeria use and manage LPG.
This collaboration marks a major leap toward safer, smarter, and more efficient LPG usage, helping users track gas levels in real time, receive instant low-level alerts, and prevent safety risks before they occur.
Beyond technology, this partnership embodies a shared commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability. Together, we are not only improving how LPG is monitored and managed but also creating jobs, promoting safety awareness, and accelerating Nigeria’s clean energy transition. The goal is simple: to ensure peace of mind, uninterrupted gas supply, and a safer energy experience for everyone.
The official unveiling took place at the 15th Nigerian Liquefied and Compressed Gases Association (NLCGA) Conference & Exhibition 2025, held at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, a landmark event shaping the future of Nigeria’s energy industry.
A New Era of Smart Energy Innovation
Technology and artificial intelligence are revolutionising how we live, work, and power our world and Doowe Group is at the forefront of this transformation in Africa. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. James Atiti, Doowe marked a major milestone in October 2025 by unveiling strategic partnerships and groundbreaking innovations designed to reshape Nigeria’s energy and sustainability landscape.
At the same event, DooweGas entered an exclusive distribution agreement with LPG in Nigeria for the nationwide deployment of IoT-enabled LPG monitoring systems. The partnership targets the rollout of at least 3,000 smart devices annually, enabling real-time monitoring of LPG tanks across Nigeria. This will significantly enhance supply visibility, operational efficiency, and safety across the LPG value chain, empowering both businesses and consumers with data-driven insights.
Complementing this innovation, Doowe also unveiled the AI Smart Dispenser, an autonomous, AI-powered LPG vending solution that lets customers order, pay, and unlock gas lockers via a mobile app, without the need for an operator or a power connection. With ultra-low energy consumption and 24/7 accessibility, the dispenser is redefining convenience, access, and safety in clean energy distribution, especially for remote and underserved communities.
Driving a Smarter and Cleaner Energy Future
Doowe Group’s efforts extend beyond LPG. Through partnerships with organisations like CO₂CarbonCredit Technology Ltd, Doowe is leading initiatives in carbon credit projects, AI-powered carbon accounting, and digital monitoring tools that promote transparency, compliance, and innovation in Africa’s sustainability journey.
These solutions help Nigerian companies prepare for the upcoming era of mandatory ESG and emissions disclosure, equipping them with tools to measure, report, and offset their carbon footprints in line with global standards.
Building a Safer, Smarter Nigeria
Speaking at the conference, Dr. Atiti shared:
“By fusing advanced technology, clean energy innovation, and strong sustainability frameworks, Doowe is redefining how Africa engages with the future of energy. Our partnerships and product launches at this year’s NLCGA Conference reflect our mission to accelerate economic diversification, empower the private sector, and drive a smarter, greener energy ecosystem for Nigeria and beyond.”
At LPG in Nigeria, we’re proud to be part of this transformation. Through this partnership with Doowe Gas, we are helping shape a future where innovation meets safety, technology meets sustainability, and clean energy becomes accessible to all.
Together, we’re building a smarter, safer, and more energy-efficient Nigeria.
