LPG Price marginally up - still range-bound
LPG prices marginally increased on average, while the Propane average weekly price increase was 0.1%. The butane price was 1.1% higher.
Propane averaged $346.1/MT, reflecting a 0.1% week-on-week increase from the previous $345.8/MT.
Butane settled at a weekly average of $376.3/MT, marking a 0.1% increase on the previous $372.2/MT.
Prices are likely to remain range-bound till the end of the summer.
No strong price trend for Crude Oil Prices.
It was a quiet week, with peace still on the horizon as the Ukraine-Russia negotiation continues.
WTI ended the week at $63.52, down from $63.37, while Brent moved a bit to $67.52 from the prior week’s $66.31.
Nigeria LPG Market: No significant price change.
LPG depot prices remained largely unchanged last week. LPG prices went for as low as 16.3 Million per 20MT at some depots in Apapa. Stock was low at Stockgap depot and KHL plant, but it didn't lead to any shortages; prices hovered around 16 million per 20MT.
